Amanda & Ian’s Wedding

Amanda and Ian’s big day finally went ahead at the fourth time of asking due to the pandemic. I’m sure the postponements did wonders for their nerves but in the end it was definitely a case of ‘good things come to those who wait’. Like everybody at that time, covid restrictions may have impacted slightly on proceedings but the day still went ahead without a glitch and a great day was had by all.

Preparation was at the fantastic Brook Marston Farm Hotel in Sutton Coldfield, and this was where Ian first set eyes on his bride-to-be. Judging by the photos, Kiki the dog was equally excited! They travelled in style to the ceremony at Lichfield Registry Office in a stretch limousine, accompanied by champagne and music. Restrictions at the time did limit the amount of people allowed in but all that mattered was that the happy couple had their nearest and dearest there with them to witness their big day.

After the famous ‘I do’s, confetti-throwing and hugs everyone headed out for a head-turning walk down the High Street into the funky Brewhouse & Kitchen for a slap-up meal, wedding cake and a few pints!
